Final Shoot Plan
For the final shoot, I want to fully focus on film images of close up macro nature, combining the styles of Heather Angel and Henri Cartier-Bresson. The images will be black and white, so I intend to focus on subjects that have strong textures and shapes, features that would appear boldly in the monotone images. I will be reliant on natural lighting, so I will need to take the images during specific weather and lighting.
Health & Safety: Appropriate footwear will need to be worn since the shoot will be outside and possibly muddy. For darkroom H&S, see here Equipment: Film camera (with film), tripod, macro lense |

Shoot Evaluation
I am extremely happy with this shoot. I feel the images very possess strong textures and clearly show the intended ideas I wanted to focus on. I also like the vivid shapes and patterns present in the images, I feel they complement the combined styles I've used very well. One improvement I've found is that I chose a time with better natural lighting, preventing the shadowing over the flowers I had in the practice shoot, something I actively avoided this time. One issue I did have and would change were I to do the shoot again was wind blowing the flowers during the shoot. Considering I am working with a macro lense which means there is millimetres difference between being in and out of focus, it made it very difficult to keep the subjects in focus. This was especially a problem since working with film meant I had a finite number of images. However I feel the shoot produced enough of the intended images so I do not feel the need for a reshoot.
